si3097 linux driver / News: Recent posts

The first release of the si3097 linux driver is available under CVS at tag rel-1-0. This driver operates the Spectral Instruments 3097 PCI card which interfaces to a number of their cameras.

This code is being used at two sites under the 2.6.9 kernel. I believe the code will compile under 2.4 , but I haven't tried it in practice.

There is limited documentation under README and INSTALL. The apps directory has tools that are used to debug the driver.... read more
