Just tried 0.9.4. There are several UNIX build problems:

* Matches.cpp and Matches.hpp case do not match the makefile(s)

* The library options for OpnRJ is not correct - specifies
-libopenrj.1.gcc40.debug.a - should be -lopenrj.1.gcc40.debug. The .a is
implied

There may be others, but that's a good start.
