SHOUT! is a simple and easy to use shoutbox... SHOUT! has been in development since December of 2004 however has just arrived to SF.net... I will be releasing SHOUT! v0.5.0 very soon...

SHOUT! is only the start of a complete shoutbox/chatroom... We will be releasing it as a standalone and as plugins to several other software(including forums, CMS's, blogging, etc)...
