Beginning with version 0.0.3 we are adding autoconf support to the code base. Along with a few command line utilities, it should make experimentation a bit easier. This is in part due to the addition of a new project member, welcome lilbush!

The initial version of the code has been checked into CVS and is ready for doxygen publication to the project "Home Page" . . .
