If there is no .ISO it means a new Shion OS release is imminent and you should wait for that version. A new ISO can take anywhere from 4 to 24 hours to upload depending on the state of my internet connection.

If repository is down/giving errors this usually means that an update is in progress and only some repository config files have been uploaded and are mismatched with ones from before the update. Please try again later, updates may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 5 hours depending on size of update and state of my internet connection.
