When I want to get it up i have problems with the broker (LiveStatus module as I use Thruk). The module goes down after trying to manage an external command, a little piece of the "broker.debug" connection 22 is idle since 0 seconds (idle) shutdown socket 22 connection 20 is idle since 0 seconds (receiving) REQUEST COMMAND [1291069196] SCHEDULE_FORCED_HOST_SVC_CHECKS;pcnic2;1291069193 Managing an external command [1291069196] SCHEDULE_FORCED_HOST_SVC_CHECKS;pcnic2;1291069193 Process Process-3: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/python2.6/multiprocessing/process.py", line 232, in _bootstrap self.run() File "/usr/lib/python2.6/multiprocessing/process.py", line 88, in run self._target(*self._args, **self._kwargs) File "/usr/local/shinken/shinken/modules/livestatus_broker/livestatus_broker.py", line 834, in main response, keepalive = self.livestatus.handle_request(open_connections[socketid]['buffer'].rstrip()) ValueError: need more than 1 value to unpack Begin Loop : manage broks 0 Error : the external module Livestatus goes down unexpectly! The Livestatus module is really down and the TCP/50000 port is closed and no more visible through "lsof -Pn | grep TCP". I was trying to "force" a check for one host as the hosts status were always stated as "pending" through Thruk (Services were OK after a few seconds). I stop all processes, restart all modules, the services were OK after a few seconds and hosts where always "pending" after several minutes I retry to "force" a host check with the same result. I get the same error at the same line while trying to "force" a service check. Regards JP P |
