SHINE Live Help version 1.1 is now available for download. This update contains critical fixes for bugs in the SHINE-SUGAR Open Source CRM integration component as well as minor interface bug fixes.

SHINE Live Help is a live support chat application designed for website sales and support. Based on Crafty Syntax Live, SHINE works as a standalone live chat application and also integrates with Sugar Open Source CRM.
