#12 Mana Shield
After talking to Balo i decided to take alittle more
effort in detecting bugs and reporting them, so i
figured that i should report this one that could be
highly abused, even have been once by me to see if it
indeed was possible, and to correct another bug for
our benefit with the spell.
The bug that is abuseable with "Mana Shield", is the
fact that when it is casted upon you, your GPS turns
into HPS, and can therefor be boosted in the same way
as you usually do to increase your HPS.
By that i meen by eating, vampiric touch and cure. (I
have been told that "Heal" does not work in that way).
But the eating is QUITE effective if one are alone. So
Therefor a wizard with "mana shield" can have
permanent full GPS.
The most effective one is cure, but then there will
have to be a player with cure present, but when alone
eating does the job quite well and quickly. Vampiric
Touch works aswell, but it is far slower then eating
if you eat "expensive" food which normally increase
your health more then cheap food.
No to the bug that is negative for us. As you all know
allready, "Manashield" turns our GPS into HPS, and
there is an ammount of damage you can take before
the "mana Shield" wears off or until you are out of
GPS. Now "Force field" however has another purpose,
and that is to protect your life, which it does well
until "mana shield" gets into the picture, then
the "mana shield" overlaps the "force field" and your
mana get drained cause of "mana shield" instead
of "force field" preventing the damage done to you.
What all wizards with these 2 spells want (force field
and mana shield) is that "force field" overlaps "mana
shield"
Sounds reasonable, don`t ya think? *grin*
Well that`s all for now, if you don`t fix the
overlapping "bug" don`t bother with the permanent
GPS "bug" *Teases you all insanely*

Whats the deal with the last part? Your not going to tell us
about another bug till we fix this one? Its fixed btw, so now
time to caugh up on your permanent GP's cheat.
