    When typing text the line breaking should not be destructive while typing. When typing text the lines should break as they will be sent, but when replacing previously written text, the rest of the text should reflow.
    One way to implement this is to make the input box monospaced and set the width of the textbox to Graphics.MeasureString("WWWW...");

    Another is to insert line breaks and remember the autoinserted line breaks and reflow them as needed.

    A third is to implement the reformattable rules while typing and always reformat to 70 characters if not separated by two linebreaks.
    (this somewhat limits the possibility to manually make shorter lines, like short bullet lists without the bulleted lines jumping up to the back of each other)
