I have checked in a few changes to make the AddCommand and CommitCommand
working.  I have also checked in a few new exceptions to catch an
invalid root and attempts to write to a path outside of the working
directory.  I also did a pretty large rework to the FileSystem namespace
to get everything working, so if there are any problems please drop me a
line.

PS: I have found the bug in the update/ checkout command that was
leaving all Entries with a missing date.  The fix also goes in with this
checkin. =20
