#20 Add remove sticky tag option -A

The remove sticky tag option should be added to the
console and the library, it will give the option to
reset th sticky tag on certain folders.

This can be used to:
1) retrieve an older version of a file
2) use this to replace the current version of a file

And I am sure a lot more things :-)...

Implementation (Library):
- add a property (RemoveSticky) on the UpdateCommand2 object
- will act on the list of FilesToUpdate that are sent to
the remote server

Implementation (Console):
- Parse out the -A from the command line
- Set the RemoveSticky property to true on the
UpdateCommand2
