[Sguil-users] Help with Sguil client and Windows XP

I am sorry if this has been answered before, but I cannot get the sguil client to load in windows.  I have activestate TCL 8.5.4.0 installed.  I have added my settings to the sguil config file and when I double click on sguil.tk...nothing happens.  I get an hour glass briefly and then nothing.  I have set the paths for the SGUILLIB and TLS_PATH and I still get nothing when trying to run sguil.tk.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
