Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: More windows friendly Initial Comment: Hey, I would first like to say that i love this project. In Belgium we have limited download traffic, and traffic only counts half during certain night hours. I am planning to implement this in my network to allow everyone to schedule http downloads during the night window. However, i have a few suggestions to make this more portable. - No mysql database. I believe it is perfectly possible to use a file based database for this project. - embedded webserver. This would remove the need for a dedicated apache installation. - Windows installer. By bundling the required perl/php binaries. I will see if i can perhaps submit some code to the project. Good job, keep it up!
