Hi folks, your gui is REALLY going to replace Super or MediaCoder, except that it misses (from my point of view) 2 important features : the possibility to copy the video stream (it exists under ffmpeg so it shouldn't be a problem ?) and to have MKV as output container.

At the moment I'm working on bug fixes, but I'll add "copy stream" feature as soon as it's possible. I don't know about much about FFMpeg and Mencoder's mkv support so, I might need to take a look at mkvtoolnix.
