Thanks for your help. Now I can browse the website http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=sgems-users But I cannot reply on the forum directly. Could you help me about it? thanks. By the way, I still have the following very basic questions 1)I cannot download windows source code for SGeMS and GsTL. Could you help about it? and 2)May I compile GsTL with VC++ 6.0 ? because you said GsTL should be compiled with any C++ compiler, appreciate. 3) For downloading Coin, SoQt, and Simvoleon, could you please show me the websites? thanks. 4)For defining the environment variables I mentioned before (COINDIR, QTDIR, SGEMS_BUILD, etc), could you please write out the setting part and tell me where I should add it into .vcproj? million thanks. Thanks To your questions, 1) There are 2 data sets that you can download from sgems.sourceforge.net(at the bottom of the "Download" section 2) You can download the dlls and .lib files for Coin, SoQt, and Simvoleon. Or you can compile them yourself. Compiling those libraries is fairly easy and well documented. Qt 3.3.x for windows is not free (SGeMS requires version 3.3.x). If you don't have a Windows license, you can use qtwin<" target=_NEW>http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtwin/> 3) the .vcproj files will look for the needed libraries, just define the environment variables I mentioned before (COINDIR, QTDIR, SGEMS_BUILD, etc) Nicolas --------------------------------- Take the Internet to Go: Yahoo!Go puts the Internet in your pocket: mail, news, photos & more. |
