[Sgems-devel] New version of SGeMS available

We finally released a new version of SGeMS! And that deserved the version
number to be bumped to 2.0...
New features include:
- many new geostatistics algorithms
- improvements to the multiple point statistics algorithms
- improved 3D visualization:
    - volume rendering to hide selected cells
    - movable colormap
- a new type of grid: "masked grids" (a cartesian grid with a mask defining
inactive cells)
- sgems commands history and auto-completion
- save plots in (true) postscript
