I am using sgsim to create a virtual reality of hydraulic conductivity for my thesis - using variogram as input (no hard data). I am confused about what to expect on output - thought it would create a std normal distribution of (which I could consider to be lnK). It did this for my first variogram which I then back transformed using mean and stddev(of lnK) and then converted to K. Now I am trying to modify variogram to get more structure - e.g. increasing range from 12 to 150-200. The output does not appear to be std normal. Is this approach valid? |
