Dear Nicolas,

Same problem here as Cristian. I got the paperback edition from
amazon.co.uk three days ago but the cd is missing.

I was about to return my copy as defective and ask Amazon for another one,
but now I suspect their entire current stock could be missing the cd...
Please let me know how to get the contents of the cd, as I would rather
avoid waiting the time to get another copy still possibly lacking the cd.
