#701 7-Zip v26.02 Executables Missing Digital Certificates and Publiser Information

Executables for 7-Zip v26.02 like the 7z2602-x64.exe installer and program executables 7z.exe and 7zFM.exe are not digitally signed (i.e., the file properties are missing a "Digital Signatures" tab). Compare the attached images for the file properties of 7z.exe versus the digitally-signed bleachbit.exe executable for my BleachBit Portable v6.0.2 app.

Sysinternals Sigcheck v2.91 output also shows the Verified field is "Unsigned", and the Publisher field is also blank. Here is sample output for 7zFM.exe:

As a result, running the 7z2602-x64.exe installer with Administrator rights and/or launching 7-Zip v26.02 from my Start menu with Administrator rights (i.e., Start | 7-Zip File Manager | More | Run as Aministrator) will generate a User Account Control warning that the file has an "Unknown Publisher". See the attached image of the UAC warning I see when I run 7-Zip with Administrator rights.

As far as I know, 7z has never been signed.
