Sorry for this sudden support request. Recently, I tried to zip a file from external SD card by using 7 zip (the zip destination was also the same location in SD). However, when it was 99% done, 7 zip was not responding, and I force closed it. Then, the internal storage of my pc growed significantly (for about 40GB). This problem is really confusing to me, since my pc is now running out of space and I hope to know the way to delete the useless file. Thank you for your help.

Look big files in default temp folder of your user in Windows.

Thank you for your reply, but where would it be specifically? Maybe OS/Users or OS/Windows? Is it a . temp file? I couldn't find it through out the computer, and I don't know how to search files by its size. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14f-Z3hPd5BQSdBN8KH-20icVdjZ2u3rN/view?usp=drivesdk
