Translated all untranslated sentences, corrected typos and modified some old terms (according to the recommendations of Lithuanian linguists and MS Terminology Search).

    I didn't expect anyone from Lithuania with Lithuanian language skills would update Z-Zip. So 11 days later - here is my work. @Tichij - even if I did not have my time to check you work, kudos! May you or Z-Zip authors accept my humble native Lithuanian speaker translation. I did not cross-check with LT linguists and M$, but from my POV - I have found and fixed some Alt+"active letter" typos, where either there was no shortcuts, or they have been duplicated. Also made some syntax fixes, which seemed logical. It would be ideal, if someone would review&merge my version - if it seems logical. I have given some thought, how LT speaker, being of some "X-Z" generations would try to interpret what was meant, and not what was "directly translated".

    P.S. IMHO, a short description in FAQ "for developers" about translation "engagement" rules would be useful.
