#231 Support reading split ZIP files (made by winzip, pkzip et al.)

Hello,

in the attached patch, I send a patch implementing reading (and extracting...) of split .zip files by 7zip.

It is just the first working version (works for archives split to <100 parts ATM), so tell me what you think of it.

This post contains an amendment to the original patch, that allows more than 100 .zip file parts.

And this patch removes the possibility to write to multipart zip archives. Without it, 7-zip turns those archives into single-part archives.
