#774 Extract overwrites only "newer" files

I need the option to unzip/extract and replace only "Newer" files. Therefore if the existing file already exists it should not be overwritten if the date/time stamp is older.

Add a new unzip option -aon, (like -aoa), where the extract skips older files and overwrites newer files.

I'll second this request. I can't believe something that sounds easy to implement and with multiple feature requests has been ignored for so long. I'm a software developer myself, so may take a look at the source code to see if indeed the code changes would be simple.
