#1693 archive name and mtime when compressing just one file

Now I have compressed a SQL database dupm-u file named "someName.bak" using 7-zip.
On Windows, from the Explorer menu (R-click on the file -> 7-zip -> Add to archive...).
And two things I would like to see improved:
1) not to cut off the compressed file extension from the output file name. Now 7-zip will offer to compress the file "someName.bak" into the output file "someName.7z" - but better (at least optionally) would be IMO to compress it into the file "someName.bak.7z".
2) to keep (at least optionally) the mtime of the output .7z file the same as the mtime of the compressed file, instead of the current date - just like the U*x programs gz, xz, etc. do.
