#1565 Post 7za on the website as a zip-archive (not 7z one)

7za comes very handily in cases where you need to quickly get 7-Zip functionality on a machine, that doesn't have normal 7-Zip installed (and where its installation is not possible). The only problem is that currently, it's available for download only as 7z-archive, which makes it impossible to unpack it unless you already have 7-Zip or another archiver (which makes it kind of a chicken and egg problem).

I think it makes much more sense to post it as a normal zip-archive, which can be unpacked with default tools on almost any system. This will make this tool much more accessible.
