#1499 7za will not extract .exe files

I use 7za.exe to extract several zip files from a repository. One of the files I need to download is indeed a Windows Setup .exe file that 7-zip GUI version can extract just fine, however 7za throws an error that it's not an archive. I know I know.. it's not a TRUE 7-zip archive however the GUI version of 7-zip handles these files just fine, and I just need the .exe's internal file structure extracted. I didn't see a flag to override this behavior anywhere, be nice if there was one, or if it would throw a warning and extract anyways.

use 7z.exe instead of 7za.exe.
exe file is not zip file.
