#1493 After adding files to archive it becomes larger than packing same files to new archive
Dont know if its a bug or during add operation archiver compresses using default options?
If so, can it be implemented to repack archive during Add operation with the same options it was originally created for no size increase.

7-Zip only can reduce the size of solid blocks for repacked blocks.
It was simpler to implement.
And it increases the speed of any further updating.
