This feature can help us deal with Mojibake more quickly.

In the past, we need to use -scs switch in command line, that is quite difficult for noobs.

Similar request.
At the moment you have to use command line:
7z x -mcp=932 archive.zip
to extract archive with Japan codepage of filenames.

It would be cool to have same option in 7zFM interface.

This would be very helpful - and probably extremely helpful for those that aren't comfortable with using the command line.
