#1387 "Change archive" command
Some users want to encrypt an existing archive. I suggest adding a "Change archive" command. At most, it could be used to completely modify the compression parameters without explicing extraction-compression (like in FreeArc). At least, it could be used to apply new methods/filters to existing blocks and to discard previously stored timestamps.
The specific ability to encrypt existing archives is tracked in feature request #1308.
