I've been working with an RDB file for the past week and found out that 7zip will extract its contents into a folder. Sure enough, 7zip does it and I have no idea how. I didn't think RDBs were compressed. If they are, what format it is? What exactly is 7zip doing when it extracts file from the RDB?
I tried running the extract command with the command line program and it errored out, so I'm confused as to what's happening. I need to know so I can programatically do this to other RDB files. If I can't do that with 7zip, do you guys know a free program/API that I could do it with? Thanks!
