I tried installing 7-zip 3.13 and 4.13 beta. It did not work. First there was the message box "Would you like to install...", clicked yes and then the extracting took place, a new box opened showing the progress of the file. At that point nothing happened anymore. Is there anyone who can help? 7-zip is supposed to run under windows me.

Is the setup file corrupted? Do you have enough memory and free resources? Do you have problems with other pgms? When was the last time you ran scandisk or defrag?

I use 4.13 under win ME, so I know it does work.
