I downloaded 7-zip for windows (32-bit x86) but after installing it I couldn't find Codec and Formats folders, I need the dlls since I have a .net project that needs some dlls from these folders so that I can build it succesfully

7z.dll now includes all plugins that were in Codecs and Formats. So you can call 7z.dll.
