It's now fixed! :-)
4.09 beta changelog
- Bugs in v4.0* were fixed:
- Renaming inside archives didn't work or worked incorrectly
- GUI SFX didn't show extracting dialog at start
- Small fixes in 7-Zip GUI (7zG.exe)

One thing i would love is in the SFX creation dialog being able to specify default destination for extraction, and the ability to use env vars as destinations:
%temp%
%userprofile%\desktop
etc.
Also nice would be the ability to hide the output destination dialog when specifying a path.

Hi,
I don't if it supposed to be corrected for final version but currently, sfx archived doesn't ask the path anymore before uncompressing its content.
I'll fix it. Thanks!
Is it possible to run a File automatically when it's extracted from SFX?
Phenos
Now the only way - is to use sfx from installers. But it's mostly for installers (it uses temp folder).
everything is okay, especially for command line version. Way to go igor!!!
Unfortunately, the sfx archive not asking for path before extracting is a total crap...
ppl could lose more data (hundreds of megabytes!!) than one-time only installation that reboots without notice !!
