#293 3.13 installation issue

This is a minor annoyance in the installer routine for 7-
Zip 3.13. The install drops the shortcuts for the
program under the start menu of the currently logged in
user during the install. Other users do no have the
program group created. I would recommend changing
the installer to drop the program group
into "c:\documents and settings\all users\start
menu\programs\7-zip." This will probably also introduce
a user rights problem as this will probably have user
permissions set to the current user during the install.

Yes, need to do a manual move or script one when installing
on a multiuser system. And of course if the folder on the
startmenu is moved one needs to alter the permissions on it
as well. Not difficult to do manually or script but it does
give the sense that 7-zip doesn't really work in
multiuser-system. It does of course, but having to fix the
installation gives the wrong impression.

InnoSetup does it correctly and it's free. Just use it and
save yoursefl some time. (no, I am not associated with
InnoSetup, but it does the job well, so I'm a fan.)
