When I try to extract or test 7z archives created with
7-Zip 3.13, 7-zip returns with 'unknown error'. In the
case of extraction, no file is created.

This bug still exists on 4.10 beta.

    Please write more.
    GUI/Console version?
Does it work when you create small archive with 1 file with
ver 3.13 and then you extract it?

GUI version is affected. It doesn't matter how many files in
    the 3.x archive.

Processing 7-Zip archives created by 7-Zip 3.x causes
    'unknown error' when:

. Extract or test files from within frontend
. List archive contents from command line version of 7-Zip

However, 7-Zip can extract such archive only if a 7-Zip
archive is opened from Explorer, then choose extract from
within 7-Zip File Manager, and only choose an existing
extraction directory. Testing archive opened from Explorer
causes 'Test archive operation is not supported for that
folder' error. Extracting to nonexistant directory will not
cause 7-Zip to create directory, and 7-Zip will return with
    error.
