Can confirm, I got this too.
I use UniGetUI to auto-update my winget packages every night,
No Windows Defender pup-up, just the error message from UniGetUI, although the 7zip installer does show up in Defenders quarantine.

Sooooo... I think 7-Zip software should get a digital certificate... Yes, certificates often cost something, but there are options for free certificates for open source projects. With a digital certificate, many discussions like this one would no longer be necessary ... A similar discussion is currently underway for the Notepad++ editor. The corresponding options are already documented there.

+1, it can be installed, by disabling Defender, but than it'll just block 7zFM.exe whe trying to use the app.
