#251 Bug with filenames with non ASCII characters

I try to use 7-zip from the command line to archive
files listed in a "list file" (@list.txt).
If some file names contain characters with accents
(such as Ŕ faire.doc), those files are ignored and not
archived !

Is there a workaround ? Or is a bug fix scheduled ?

Now list files use OEM (DOS) encoding.

7za.exe v4.65 still has a problem with non-ASCII characters in list file if they happen in relative _directory_ name (file names are not affected)
