#2406 4 byte utf8 codepoints not supported in list files (@example.txt)

7z.exe doesn't support 4 byte codepoints in UTF8 list files (7z.exe a ... @example.txt).
Items like 😊.txt (F0 9F 98 8A) or 👍.xyz (F0 9F 91 8D) causes an error "Incorrect item in listfile" no matter if example.txt has a BOM or -scsUTF-8 is used. These are valid filenames in Windows.

I'm using Windows 10 (x64) and 7-Zip 23.01 (x64).

That bug was reported already.
It will be fixed in next version of 7-Zip.

As temporary solution, you can use utf-16.
