#222 Bzip2 compressor settings should not be fixed to 900k

The Bzip2 compressor within 7-Zip always uses 900k
block size, which reduces the usefulness of the
compressor, especially when extracting Bzip2 files on
embedded environment. Other compression levels should
be made available.
