Smarter context menu (explorer integration, enhancement)
A free file archiver for extremely high compression

The context menu for a file in explorer should change
depending on what the file is. For instance, there
should be no "Extract" options for a .txt file. I use
an archiver almost exclusively through explorer's
context menu, and do not like junk in there...
Some programs (e.g. WinRAR) manage even to discern
between .exe files that are SFX archives an those that
are not. While this is convenient, I have no idea how
they do that, and this does not seem too vital.
However, discerning files associated with 7-Zip, or
simply their extensions, as archives would be very
convenient.

I don't know about other versions. But version 4.23 seems to
also have this problem. Why doesn't the shell extension know
how to treat archives and regular files differently?
