#1625 The 7za extracts the contents of the archive inside a rar instead of the rar contents

The command line utility 7za when used with the following parameters:

7za x archive.rar

Instead of extracting the original struct like this:

\folder\file.cab

Extracts only the contents of the cab file inside or the rar:

0
1

This strange behaviour seems to only happen with the rar files as if you compress the same file with zip the extraction is correct. Also in the GUI application seems to work well. I tested this in Windows and linux with the latest version of the utility.

It's not a bug.
7za.exe doesn't support rar.

Then why works perfectly with another rar files and not with this one?

7za.exe doesn't support rar files.
If 7za.exe extracts some file.rar, it can file with some another format that was renamed to rar, or 7-zip skips rar headers and extracts some file inside that rar archive.
