#162 7-Zip is unable to extract archives with no extension

If you try ti extract a file named
"this_is_a_zip_file_with_out_extension" 7-Zip will fail
(with a cannot create folder error).

A simple workaround is to give an extension to the
archive (doesn't matter what it is).

You can not have file and folder with same names.
You can change folder name before extracting.
I've fixed it. So now it will sugest name~ in such cases.
