Option Screen of the user (with admin prev) who
installed 7-Zip and other user is different

maybe you have files from two copies of 7-zip.
Try to unstall 7-zip, delete all 7-zip files and check again.

I uninstalled old version then installed 7-Zip 3.10
And the problem went away....
