[s3d-notify] Sea3D 1.1.2 now available!!

This version has NUMEROUS bug fixes.  You will want to update to this
one immediately if you play on the ladder or through the connector at
all.  I've also added some Tournament start rules (well, half of them
anyway), as well as some other graphical tweaks for you to enjoy.
