Hi,

During my holidays, I'll start to design an UML class diagram for the
services. I'll do so using dia.
dia is a GTK application used to draw diagrams. It is free software, and
is available on windows (see http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net/). It
will probably be good enough for our needs. (there's even a dia2code
that generates code from a dia UML class diagram :)
