Guido, want to check out the other patches next?   I noticed you cleaned up
some stuff in seqroll, with the mouse interaction patch of mine, we may get
a few conflicts, not sure...

also notice you ifdef WIN32'd the whole midibus_portmidi...   as I
understand portmidi is on multiple platforms other than WIN32...  though it
may be good with WIN32 until it's actually tested...   for example, you may
be able to be on OSX now with portmidi...  just need someone to try it
there...
