Although the Right solution to this problem is using --manual-alsa-ports
with LASH, not nearly enough apps have LASH support yet. So maybe we should
add the "connect by alsa port name" feature and make it the default
behaviour for Seq24? Unfortunately this would need changes to the file
format also, since if I've understood correctly, it currently only has the
midi bus numbers stored.

Anyways... -> blueprint :)
