[seq24-users] sound problem with jack transport

Hi,

I am running Seq24 with Jack, Hydrogen and ZynAddSubFX, all properly 
linked in Jackctl according to the guidelines found here:

Everything works fine, and I can hear the ZynAddSubFX instruments and 
Hydrogen drumkit in the pianoroll editor, but playback produces no sound 
(after having created a song pattern of course, having configured the 
output bus settings and having enabled the midi playback).

Here is the output I get from Hydrogen when I hit play:

[WARNING]   Hydrogen            [audioEngine_process] trylock != 0. 
Frames = 66560. Lock in Hydrogen::addRealtimeNote

I have only just started using Seq24, and haven't been using Jack for a 
very long time either, so if this sounds familiar, or if I'm making an 
obvious error, could you please point me to the right direction?
