Me too. Just a few minutes ago I finished some experimenting with seq24 and my Yamaha A4K sampler... Seq24 is a great tool. My drum machine is a plenty old and simple Boss Dr.Groove DR-202 which has an additional MIDI track to make it work with e.g. samplers. However, it does not provide quantization on the MIDI track. I warmly welcome the idea of using seq24 for triggering percussion-alike samples (e.g. parts of voices, etc.) Even though it does not help me with my plans for live electronics stuff, for recording it seems to keep my head free from thinking too much about sequencing. More planning ahead, awaiting the recording gear to be delivered... Niels - -- Me & Myself & All The Rest: http://www.drni.de/ "It's the friends you can call up at 4 a.m. that matter."
