hey everyone.

sorry I haven't been on the list much, but we have a new release I
should have gotten out a long time ago.

some of the changes:
Ctrl-Z Undos.
Ctrl + Select Adds to Selection.
Window Raise on Edit.
Clipboard shared among editors.
Items remain selected after edit.
Can now 'paint' notes / events in editor.
Paste buffer doesn't clear.
Added new rc file for custom named ports and CC codes (see example in
tar).
Keypress Start (space) and Stop (escape).
Shift + Middle Mouse will now stretch events over range.
and lots of other things I can't even remember anymore.

I have also been working on a win32 port of seq24.  I'm using portmidi.
I know some people on here have been wanting an OSX port, so when I'm
finished with the win32 version, someone will have to do a build on OSX.

Also, win32 gtkmm is pretty slow, so I've been having to optimize lots
of the drawing code, which means a much, much quicker linux version when
this is all finished.  wooo.

Sorry this took so long to get out the door.  There are quite a few
patches in this release from those of you on the list, so thanks for all
your help.
